Wise Old David manages to cling on to top spot after week 2 but was some distance off top scorer for the week Christian who triple captained a certain Erling Haaland to make the most of his HatTrick against Ipswich. Neil came in with the second highest score of the week with 86 (captain Haaland) and then Nathan and Andy both got 85 points and third highest score of the week. Andy’s team contains one of the other standout performers of the week in Cole Palmer while Nathan has gone with long term FPL banker Mo Salah alongside Haaland.
A decent week for a fair few managers with 12 teams beating the average of 69 and half of them got 80 or more. Surgery may be required for some in the coming weeks, there’s been a large number of price changes already and those managers without Haaland won’t be delighted to see he has already gone up by 0.1 million. Some crazy people may already be playing the Wildcard chip hoping to improve their league position and squad make up, but who would do that this early?
On to week 3 then and after that a short break for the Premier League for International fixtures. (BOOOOOOO)
