Neil managed to extend his lead at the top to 105 points after a good week in general but particularly the top 9 teams. Top score for the week came from Viewtiful Spurs who may have lost faith in Thomas Frank but smashed it last week to hit triple digits. He played his Bench Boost chip to gain an extra 13 points, he was unfortunate to have two zero pointers but returns from Robert Sanchez in goal, Marc Cucurella, Josko Gvardiol, Morgan Rogers, Pedro Neto, Antoine Semenyo, Phil Foden, captain Erling Haaland, Xavi Simons and Nordi Mukiele, phew.
There were four other managers that played a chip, Lou Triple Captained Bukayo Saka for 33 points, Adam played a Free Hit for 81, Chris also played a Bench Boost for 84 with Dave another on Bench Boost for a slightly disappointing 52 after last week’s stellar effort.
There’s the Quarter Finals of the League Cup in midweek for Chelsea, Man City, Brentford, Newcastle and Fulham, while Crystal Palace are entertaining KuPS of Finland in the Conference League.
